McDonald’s Restaurant in the Adirondack Mountains

An Adirondack animal rights activist and I are joining forces to bring great change.  The changes that we will create include:  (1) improvements in the way that farm animals are treated on milk, meat and egg production factory farms and (2) much reduced consumption of animal fats based upon knowledge of the persistent organic pollutants (POPs) exposure health hazard.

We want to succeed in conducting our Occupy McDonald’s event so as to educate the patrons of an Adirondack McDonald’s without getting arrested.  It is our intention to conduct the occupation only until we are told to leave by the restaurant staff.  Upon having been told to leave, we will leave.  We will conduct the occupation in a low-key manner so as not to alert restaurant staff before we have handed out leaflets and given a five minute spoken word presentation.  Therefore, we have decided to publish a media advisory that does not provide the exact time and specific location of the occupation.  We are willing to provide trusted individual members of the news media with the occupation details if there is an agreement not to divulge the location and time of the occupation.  Please reply to this email if you are interested in covering our event.

Since my comrade activist resides in Crown Point, we would prefer to conduct the occupation in the Ticonderoga McDonald’s.  However, if necessary we will come to Plattsburgh or Saranac Lake for our occupation.
