“We live in a time when our bodies have become burdened with considerable quantities of many chemical substances that are known to cause disease. We have never given our consent to the deliberate or unintentional production and release of these chemicals into the environment or to the entry into our bodies of these chemicals. Very large numbers of Americans suffer diseases and conditions that are caused by these chemical body burdens, including: cancer, diabetes, heart disease, reproductive failures, cognitive deficit disorders, behavioral disorders and autoimmune diseases. The US economy created a tremendous amount of wealth largely as a result of chemical production and use. It is only fair that the federal government would make affordable health care available to every American. By doing so, the federal government is sharing some of the nation’s wealth with low income people who do not have sufficient financial resources to obtain the health care that they need. It is good that the US Supreme Court has upheld the health care program created by the Obama administration.”

LOVE THE EARTH PROTECT THE EARTH CHANGE EVERYTHING CAMPAIGN PLATFORM
Human beings need a healthful environment in order to experience full,
happy lives. The most important endeavor of government is
environmental protection. Protecting the Earth from releases of
pollutants and habitat destruction must become the number one priority
of national government.
War is a highly negative and damaging activity. In the Modern Age,
war has become extremely destructive and involves the release of
tremendous quantities of pollutants to the environment. War must no
longer be practiced. The United States federal government must set
forth a declaration that prohibits the involvement of the United
States in any warlike activities. The only exemption to this
prohibition is self defense in response to outright attack.
Americans use a very large quantity of energy in the everyday pursuit
of their lives. This must change. Energy consumption has become an
extremely significant part of the impact of human existence upon the
Earth. Energy conservation must become the main focus of our nation’s
energy policies. Tar sands exploitation in the United States must be
prohibited. The United States must stop purchasing fuels that
originate in tar sands exploitation. High volume hydraulic fracturing
(HVHF) must be prohibited in the United States. Oil and gas
utilization activities must be subject to the provisions of the Clean
Air Act and Clean Water Act.
Animals have the right to live natural and normally healthy lives.
Factory farming must be outlawed in our nation. Using animals to
produce food with no consideration of their suffering is wrong and our
society must bring an end to such activities.
Women have the right to do everything that men have the right to do.
In order to insure that women’s rights are not abused, we need to
create an amendment to the US Constitution that guarantees women’s
The people of the United States want to have representation in the
federal government. The people of this nation want to have a voice in
making decisions at the federal level. Our government has become
fully controlled by corporate influences. So as to throw off that
control and to insure that no such control ever comes to exist again,
prohibitions against campaign contributions from corporate entities
must be established. Federal political campaigns must be conducted
solely with the use of public funds.
HONORABLE AND EFFECTIVE GOVERNMENTAL REGULATION OF CORPORATIONS
Corporations have the capacity to harm the environment and the general
public. As a step toward countering the harmful effects of
corporations, we must prohibit the employment of people with corporate
connections and involvements in the federal government. Government
regulatory agencies have been taken over by the very corporations that
they were created to control. Corporate aligned individuals must be
removed from their positions and replaced with people who have no such
PUBLIC EDUCATION ON AVOIDABLE CANCER HAZARDS
The scientific literature supports the conclusion that exposure to
persistent organic pollutants (POPs) at current levels of food supply
contamination imposes a significant quantity of cancer risk upon those
who consume average quantities of animal fats. The scientific
literature supports the conclusion that exposure to diesel engine
exhaust at current levels of environmental contamination imposes a
significant quantity of cancer risk upon everyone. The federal
governmental public health entities must make known these avoidable
cancer hazards to Americans.
